Nothin’ but Drama shows that the aspiring R&B lotharios of Profyle have a bit to learn about soulful seduction, like (a) don’t ask stupid questions (”Why you gotta be so nasty, girl?”), and (b) spelling your lyrics won’t make them any sexier or less clichéd (”Can we m-a-k-e l-u-v in between my s-h-e-e-ts”). The foursome’s derivative yet boastful ersatz-R. Kelly ballads make them come off like the worst kind of lovers — big talkers with no new tricks. C-
